400 g de uva rubi
1 maçã ácida ou pera
2 molhes de rúcula
200 g de queijo branco (Minas frescal)
100 g de queijo parmesão
200 g de maionese
2 dentes de alho
1/2 cebola média
1/4 de xícara de vinagre branco
2 colheres de creme de leite (sem soro)

Prepare o molho colocando no liquidificador a maionese, o alho, a cebola, o vinagre e o creme de leite. Bata bem até obter uma mistura homogênea e de fácil dispersão.

Lavar bem a rúcula, enxugá-la bem e cortá-la em pedaços.
Cortar a uva rubi ao meio. Fatiar a maça e esfarelar o queijo branco.

Em uma travessa retangular de louça ou vidro, espalhar a rúcula cortada, as uvas partidas ao meio e o queijo branco esfarelado. Cobrir com o molho e queijo parmesão.
Repetir a sequencia até conseguir que por último seja aplicado o queijo parmesão (podem ser duas ou três camadas, dependendo do tamanho da travessa).

Leve à geladeira e somente tire de lá na hora de servir.
