• 5 full size regular potatoes
• 2 ribs celery diced
• ½ onion diced
• 10 stuffed green olives (pimento) diced finely
• ½ cup miracle whip or mayonnaise with sugar added
• Milk to mix
• ½ tsp salt
• Dash pepper
• ½ tsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with skins on for an hour.
Remove from heat and cool. Remove skins and dice.
Add other diced vegetables.
In separate bowl combine miracle whip (or mayonnaise with some sugar added) 1 to 2 Tbsp milk and seasonings.
Add miracle whip mixture to potato mixture and chill.
