Beat well 2 eggs

2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup white corn syrup
2/3 cup uncooked oatmeal (either quick or regular)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Stir well-pour into uncooked pie shell. Bake 350 degrees for about 1 hour. I used a 9 inch (I assume she meant a 9in round pan and always use the same). You can add 1/4 to 1/2 cup coconut to mixture that will make it different.
