1 pkg (4.9 oz) scalloped potatoes
1 2/3 cups boiling water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/8 tsp poultry seasoning
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery

Directions:
Directions:
place contents of the sauce mix in large bowl, set potatoes aside, whisk in the water, soup and poultry seasoning. stir in chicken, carrots, celery, onions and potatoes

transfer to greased 2 qt baking dish, bake, uncovered 400º 45-50 minutes
