1 lb uncooked spaghetti
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup chopped onion
2 T olive oil
1/2 tsp minced garlic
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 cup cubed cooked turkey
1 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup sherry or additional chicken broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
3/4 tsp pepper
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided

Directions:

cook spaghetti

in a Dutch oven, sauté mushrooms and onions in oil til tender, add garlic and cook 1 minute.

stir in the soup, turkey, broth, sherry and seasonings and 1 cup of cheese.

stir spaghetti into soup mixture.

transfer into two greased 8" square baking dishes

sprinkle with remaining cheese cover bake at 350º 30-40 minutes
