1 lb ground beef
1 c flour
1 t salt
1/2 t oregano
2 eggs
2/3 c milk
8 oz can of tomato sauce
1 t oregano
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.
Grease and flour a cookie sheet.
Brown 1 lb ground beef.
Mix together flour, salt, 1/2 t oregano, eggs, and milk. It will be a thin batter. Spread evenly on cookie sheet. Top with meat ( and any other ingredients).
Mix tomato sauce and oregano. Spread on partially baked pizza. Top with 1 c. mozarella cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes.
