1 lb ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
1 (14 oz) can beef broth
1 1/2 cup uncooked bow tie pasta
1/2 cup water
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp chile powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup chopped yellow pepper
1 cup chopped zucchini
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over med. heat, drain.

Stir in broth, pasta, water and seasonings. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. cover and simmer for 15 minutes

Add yellow pepper and zucchini, cover and cook 2-4 minutes or until pasta and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.

Stir in tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese
