3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 tsp. baking powder
3 T. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
Lg. can sliced peaches
8 oz. cream cheese
3 T. peach juice
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º. Combine flour, salt, pudding, baking powder, butter, egg and milk in a bowl. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour into an 8x8 pan. Top with 1 lg. can of sliced peaches; drained (reserve the juice). Cream together the cream cheese, 3 T. peach juice and sugar. Spoon this on top of the peaches. Sprinkle the entire cake with 1 T. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let set before cutting.
