1 egg
2 tsp milk
1 16.3 oz can Pillsbury Grands
1 pkg bacon (cooked and cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
3/4 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onion

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat over to 350. Spray 11x7 or 12x8 (2 qt) baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, beat egg and milk with wire wisk until smooth.

2. Separate dough into 8 biscuite; cut each into quarters (I used scissors). Gently stir biscuit pieces into egg mixture to coat evenly. Fold in bacon, cheese, and onion. Spoon mixture into sprayed dish; arrange biscuit pieces in single layer.

3. Bake at 350 degres for 23 to 28 minutes (mine took closer to 32 min) or until golden brown. Cut into squares.

I cooked the bacon the night before - was easy to put together and bake in the morning. No leftovers :)
