4 medium cooking apples
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 t. cinnamon
water

Directions:
Directions:
Wash apples, quarter, core and cut but do not pare. Put in saucepan and add just enough water to cover bottom of pan. Cover and cook over high until water comes to a boil. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until apples are very soft. Rub thru strainer or food mill. Add sugar and sprinkle cinnamon on each dish of sauce.
