1 (21.5 oz.)Betty Crocker Cinn. Swirl Cake Mix
1 cup milk
5 Tbls. butter, melted
4 eggs
3 lg.apples, coarsely chopped
1 teas. cinnamon
1/2 teas.nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 350. Grease and flour 13x9 in. baking dish.Peel and chop apples, sprinkle cinn. & nutmeg over apples; set aside. Beat cake mix, milk,butter & eggs in a lg. bowlon med. speed about 2 minutes; fold in chopped apples. Sprinkle cinn. swirl mix evenly over batter in bowl. Gently stir the swirl mix into batter about 6 times. Do not mixcompletely. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 45-50 min. Cool at least 30 minutes before frosting.

Caramel Frosting
3 Tbls. butter,3 Tbls. evaporated milk, 1 teas. maple extract,1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. powdered sugar,2/3 c. chopped pecans. In microwave heat butter & milkabout 30 sec.Add remaining ingred. except nuts,.whisking as you do so. Whisk until smooth. Spread over cake and top with nuts.
