CUMIN 1 OZ
OREGANO 2 OZ
CHILE NEGRO 1 BAG
CHILE GUAJILLO 1 BAG
GARLIC10 CLOVES
SALT ADD TO TASTE
PORK STALK OR BEEF 4 CUPS
HOMINY=GRANOS I CAN LARGE SIZE

CHOPPED ONION
CILANTRO
CABBAGE=REPOLLO
RADISHES=RABANOS

BOIL WATER ABOUT 1 GALLON
ADD 1/2 ONION AND 5 GARLIC CLOVES
THEN ADD PIG FEET FIRST BOIL FOR 1 HOUR THEN ADD ALL THE MEAT
ADD SALT

OTHER POT BOIL TOMATOES AND CHILE PODS ONCE COOKED REMOVE SEEDS FROM PODS IN A BLENDER ADD CUMIN,OREGANO,THE REMAINING ONION AND GARLIC AND THE BEEF OR PORK STALK BLEND UNTIL PUREE THEN ADD TO POT OF MEAT AND THEN ADD HOMINY. AND COVER FOR 2 HOURS UNTIL MEAT AND SAUCE IS COOKED TASTE FOR SALT.

SIDE- COPPED ONION,CILANTRO,SLICE CABBAGE,RADISHES AND LEMONS THIS ITEMS GO ON AS TOPPING FOR DISH
