1 large head broccoli
1 large head cauliflower
1 1/2 tsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 cup milk
1 tsp lemon juice
1- 125g pkg cream cheese
1/3 cup bread crumbs
3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350ºf

Break brocolli and cauliflower into bite sized piences and cook until tender-crisp. Drain well and put into a 3L casserole dish

In a saucepan, melt butter. Blend in flour, seasonings,milk and lemon juice. Cook until thickened. Blend in cream cheese and stir until smooth. Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle bread crumbs and then mozzarella over top.

Bake 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
