1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup oil
1 cup butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tarter
dash of salt
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups plus 2 Tbsp flour
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together white sugar, butter, egg, oil and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Make into balls; dip in sugar, flatten with a glass. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
