4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1-pkg. Uncle Ben’s wild rice
1-16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
2-T. butter
2-T. soy sauce
1-t. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Pour rice into 9 x 13 glass dish sprayed with pam spray.
Lay chicken on top of raw rice.
Melt cranberry sauce in small pan. Add butter, soy sauce and lemon juice. Heat until warm and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 ¼ hour.
