2/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon almond extract (or vanilla)
4 teaspoons orange juice
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 cups Sweetened Coconut Flakes, divided
1 bag Hershey Kisses, unwrapped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Add egg yolks, almond extract and orange juice; beat well. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in 4 cups coconut.
2. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour or until firm enough to handle. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll balls in remaining coconut. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake at 350º for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven; immediately press chocolate kiss into center of each cookie. Cool 1 minute; carefully remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.

Makes about 48 cookies.
