Instant Pistachio Pudding
milk
baby food jars, clean and dry
plastic spoons

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 tablespoon of the leprechaun dust (pudding mix) into a jar ( 1 for jar for each student).

Add 1/4 cup cold milk adding the milk makes the instant pudding turn green.

Place lid on tightly and have your little leprechauns shake away.

Enjoy the results and let the imaginations fly.

NOTE: Before the students enter the classroom on March 17, have some desks turned over and papers scattered on the floor, Sprinkle green glitter in strategic places and have a note on the teacher's desk:

I’m Lucky the Leprechaun
And I’ve left a surprise or two.
Mix the magical powder with milk and see what happens when you do.
