DISH:
1 lb. ground beef or lamb
1 onion chopped
1 clove chopped garlic
6-8 dried peaches soaked and cut up
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup peanuts
TOPPING:
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp almond essence
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tsp. curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Fry meat, onion garlic then add rest of ingredients for main dish-put in pie or baking dish.
Mix all ingredients for topping and pour over meat.
Bake at 180º for 40-45 minutes.
Serve with yellow rice and chutney .
