2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, diced
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup low fat milk
1/4 tsp thyme
1 can (8 3/4 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) peas and carrots, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, soup, milk and thyme in large skillet.
Cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
Stir in vegetables, heat through, season to taste with salt & pepper.
Serve over rice or noodles.
