2 sticks of oleo
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups confectioners sugar
2 eggs whites
3 or 4 bananas
1 large can crushed pineapple (drained)
I carton cool whip
nuts and cherries for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Layer #1- Melt one stick of oleo and add graham cracker crumbles to bottom of 13 x 9 pyrex dish

Layer #2- 1 stick oleo, confectioner sugar, egg whites, Beat with electric mixer for 10 full minutes.

Layer #3 - Slice bananas and add to layer #2

Layer #4= top with drained pineapple.

Layer #5 - top with cool whip and nuts.

Chill for at least 3 hours, but over night is better. When ready to serve, add the cherries.

A friend who was a member of my teachers sorority, ADK, Freddie Seab, gave this to me in about 1965 . With the scare these days of eggs, I use pasteurized eggs or egg whites in a box.
