Favorite fish (we use Tilapia)
2 - 3 cups flour
2 - 3 tbsp. season salt
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 - eggs
Vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Slice fish into 1 - 2 inch pieces
Mix together flour, season salt and chili powdwe in a large bowl
Mix eggs together in a small bowl
Heat oil in a fryer or small pot to 375 degrees
Batter fish by dipping into the egg mixture then the flour
Drop into oil and fry about 7 - 10 minutes or until crispy
