3 pkgs broccoli spears - cook and drain
2 eggs, beaten
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1 tsp grated onion
Ritz crackers, ground
1 stick butter, melted
large shrimp, or canned shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, soup, mayo, onion and pour over layered broccoli and shrimp. Top with Ritz crackers and melted butter. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
