3 eggs
2/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
1 2/3 cup milk
2 1/3 cup flour
1 cup corn meal
4 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Combine milk and eggs, combine flour, corn meal, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture, alternately with egg mixture. pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Bake at 400 for 22-27 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center, comes out clean.
