1 c. best quality chocolate chips
2/3 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and corn syrup. (safe methods for melting chocolate: either set chip in a double boiler over a pan of water and heat till melted or place in a microwavable bowl and set for 30 seconds at a time until chips are just melted). Stir together. Add gradually, while stirring, the whipping cream. Stir until completely combined and creamy.

Use for dipping fruit, pretzels, even sweet bell peppers and anything else that comes to mind!
