3 eggs
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup canola oil
1 tbs vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbs cinnamon
2 cups grated zucchini..long side of grater
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in mix master.
Beat in sugar, oil, and vanilla till lemon color.
Stir in zucchini.
Sift flour with baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Mix into batter.
Add cinnamon and mix.
Add nuts.
Pour into a greased Bundt pan.
Bake one hour in a 350º oven.
