3 ripe bananas
4 tbs sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup butter
2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 ½ cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mash bananas and add sour cream, vanilla and baking soda. Mix very well.


Mix flour and baking powder together.
Cream sugar and butter till light.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add bananas and flour alternately.

Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake in a 350º oven for about 45 minutes.
