1 lb chorizo or hot sausage
1 bag hashbrowns with onion and green peppers
6-8 scrambled eggs
flour tortilla shells
Directions:
Directions:
Brown chorizo or sausage. Drain grease. Add hash browns and cook through. Add eggs and cook until eggs are done. Serve on warm flour tortillas with tomatoes. Easy meal. Great warmed over.
