13.25 oz spaghetti noodles
2 lb ground beef
1/4 c onion chopped fine
1 - 23.5 oz jar spaghetti sauce
1 - 4.5 oz jar mushrooms (optional)
4 tbls butter
8 tsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c evaporated milk
12 oz processed cheese (like Velveeta)
4 tbls grated parmesan cheese

Pre-heat oven to 350° F. Break spaghetti into thirds, cooked as directed. Combine onion and beef. Cook and drain. Add spaghetti sauce to cooked hamburger and onions. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer covered for 10 minutes. Drain spaghetti and add to meat sauce. Set aside. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour and salt. Gradually stir in milk and bring to a boil. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Add parmesan and half of processed cheese. Stir until melted. In a greased, round 2-qt baking dish spread half of spaghetti mix as the bottom layer. Cover layer with cheese sauce, then top with the rest of the spaghetti. Top with the remainder of the processed cheese. Bake un-covered for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
