Bottom Layer:
1 stick margarine
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 chopped pecans

Second Layer:
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
1/2 of a large bowl of Cool Whip (12 oz.)

Third Layer
2 boxes instant pudding *
3 cups milk

* Pistachio, butterscotch, or chocolate

Bottom Layer:
Press into bottom of a 9 x 13 in. buttered pan, as you would graham cracker crust. Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool thoroughly.

Second Layer:
Whip all second layer ingredients together. Put into cake pan and chill for 20 minutes.

Third Layer:
Whip the pudding and milk together for two minutes. Add to cake pan and chill until set. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top and top with pecan halves or ground nuts. It is now ready to eat.
