1 c sour cream
1 c brown sugar
1 c white sugar
3 eggs
1 c shortening
(3 c flour) - flour enough to roll nicely
1 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
sprinkle a little sugar on top

Drop Cookies…
1/2 c shortening - creamed
1 1/2 c brown sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 c sour cream
2 1/2 c sifted flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 c nut meats or raisins
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
For rolled cookies: Baked in 400° F oven 5-8 minutes

For drop cookies: Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400° F 5-8 minutes.
