Bacon Slices
1 Can Sauerkraut
1 Onion, thinly sliced
Pepper
Garlic, Minced
2 Sausage Links
Potatoes, cut in large pieces(amount as desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Layer ingredients in bottom of Dutch oven; covering the bottom with the sliced bacon. Then add the next ingredients, layering each ingredient on top.

Place in oven at 350º F. until done. Allow about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
