3-4 cups cooked chicken breast
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 ½ cups white seedless grapes - halved
½ cup chopped pecans
Mayonnaise to taste (do not use salad dressing)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken (boil) until tender. Cut into chunks, add celery, grapes and nuts. Toss until mixed. Add mayonnaise according to taste.

If I want a smoother salad, I put chicken, celery and mayonnaise in food processor. Then add grapes and pecans. This makes a prettier party salad.
