3 cups sweet corn cut off the cob
1 cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped bell peppers
¼ cup mild green chilies or dried chili peppers
¼ cup cream cheese
½ tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp coconut oil

Directions: In large skillet melt coconut oil and heat until onion dropped in will sizzle. Add corn, onion, peppers and fry until heated through. There will be some liquid this will make the base for the sauce.
When heated through add cream cheese and salt and mix until vegetables are covered and cheese has melted.
