2 c flour
1 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 c butter or margarine
1 egg beaten
1 tsp grated orange peel
3/4 c orange juice
1 1/2 c light raisins
1 1/2 c fresh or frozen chopped cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder,salt and baking soda in a large bowl.
Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Add egg, orange peel and orange juice all at once; stir until mixture is evenly moist. Fold in raisins and cranberries.Spoon into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
