2 eggs
2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 can crushed pineapple and juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup minot
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix and pour into greased and flour pan. Sprinkle brown sugar nuts on top of cake. Bake 350 for 40 minutes.

Icing:
Put minot, sugar, butter and vanilla in saucepan and bring to boil and have ready to pour over hot cake.
