1 head lettuce, washed and dried
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 white onion, sliced
1/4 cup Dried mint
1/4 cup Parsley
Tomatoes, sliced
Cucumbers, peeled and cut
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Feta cheese

This is one of those recipes that have no exact measurements....the following are approximate but you always have to taste, add and alter til it tastes "right"

Cut lettuce into bite size pieces.
Add garlic, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and parsley.
Grind dried mint between hands as you add to the lettuce mix.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Feta cheese on top.
Drizzle olive oil over lettuce and then shake lemon juice over lettuce,

Taste and make adjustments for taste....
