1 cup mixed green and red grapes quartered
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion
1/2 cup semi peeled cucumber chopped
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro chopped
1 tbsp.finely chopped fresh jalapeno pepper seeded (you can add more or less to taste)
2 tbsp. lime juice

mix all together and refrigerate untill ready to use. is great with chicken pork or fish. best when eaten fresh. (with in 12 hrs.) still good after though but not as crunchy.
