1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
4 thin slices muenster cheese
1/4 cup dry white wine
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven...350
Coat an 8" square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
Place bread crumbs in a shallow dish and coat the chicken
Place chicken in baking dish...bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and top each piece of chicken with cheese and pour wine over top.
Bake another 15 minutes or until done and the cheese is bubbly and lightly brown
