1 pound ground beef
1 package Lawry's Taco Spices & Seasonings ( or your own seasonings)
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup flour
1 cup sour cream
1 - 7 ounce can dice green chiles ( or larger)
1 package (11 ounces) tortilla chips
2 cups grated Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced green onion tops

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium skillet, brown meat and stir until crumbly. Add taco seasoning. In a small bowl combine broth and flour. Add to meat mixture; bring to a boil to slightly thicken liquid. Stir in sour cream and chiles; blend well.in a 9X13X2 inch lightly greased baking dish, place 1/2 of chips. Top with 1/2 of beef mixture, 1/2 of cheese, and 1/2 of green onions. Layer again with remaining ingredients ending with green onions.bake, uncovered, in 375º oven for 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

Gluten free flour blend works well to replace with regular flour. Make sure you have salsa ready for on the side!
