> 2 cups diced chicken (Left over chicken or if raw..cover with water and bring to boiling point, cover simmer until chicken is tender (25 min. per pound)..then add diced potatoes (cook until potatoes are are soft (with salt and pepper)
>2 or 3 potatoes
>2 carrot stalks
>2 ribs celery
>1/2 cup peas
>1 cup chicken gravy
>1 cup chicken broth
>1 T flour
>1 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
-In pan put diced chicken, potatoes, chicken gravy, and broth
-Make a paste with flour and butter
-Add paste to chicken mixture
-Add peas, celery and carrots, salt and pepper and parsley
-Line a greased pan with pastry, pour in mixture
-Bake at 350 º until well browned (about 20 - 25 minutes)
