2 tsp yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter or shortening
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water & allow to rise until frothy (about 5 minutes). Heat milk until it almost boils. Remove from heat and combine with all other ingredients, adding yeast and flour last. Place dough in a greased medium mixing bowl. Allow to rise one hour. Drop by tablespoons into greased muffin tins, filling each about 3/4 full. Let rise about 1 hour. Bake at 400º, for about 8 minutes or until lightly golden browned. Makes about 16 rolls.
