Seeds from a pumpkin
1 Tablespoon butter per cup of seeds
salt to taste

Directions:

Wash seeds thoroughly in a colander and put on paper towels to dry. Place them in a skillet with butter and salt. Cook and stir till all seed are well coated with butter. Bake in shallow pan (such as jelly roll pan) for 30-45 minutes in a 250º oven.
