2 pound bag Ore-Ida frozen hash browns
2 cups sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, diced
1 cube of butter, divided
2 cups corn flakes, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes partially in microwave. Saute onion in 5 TB of butter. Mix potato, sour cream, cheese, sour cream and onions. Spread in a 9 x 13" glass pan. Spread crushed cornflakes mixed with 3 TB melted butter- sprinkle over potatoes. Cover with foil. Bake in a 350º for 1 hour.
