2 lbs. small red potatoes
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped red onion
2 green onions with tops, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp. snipped fresh dill (or 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dried dill)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. lime juice

Directions:

1. Place the potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Drain thoroughly and cool slightly.

2. Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients. Cut potatoes into chunks; place in a bowl. Add the mustard mixture and toss to coat. Serve warm.
