1 cup vanilla ice cream
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
dash ground cinnamon
dash of ground nutmeg
OR dash of pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend till smooth on high speed. Makes 2 servings (about 1 cup each). In the fall, can use pumpkin ice cream if you can find it and just add the milk and spices. Can top with canned whipped cream (Reddi-Whip) if desired.
