1 can sweetened condensed milk
6 egg yolks
the zest and juice of 2 large or 3 small limes
1 graham cracker crumb pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Roll the limes on the counter top while leaning on them -then zest the lime skins using the small side of cheese grater - try to avoid getting the white part of the peel. Once the zest is off the limes cut them in half and squeeze out the juice.
separate the whites from the yolks of the 6 eggs - add yolks to the bowl of your mixer. Add the sweetened condensed milk, the lime juice and the zest and slowly beat until well mixed.
Pour into the pie crust and bake at 300 deg for 20-25 minutes.
Cool then cover with whipped cream just before serving
