1 c. salad oil
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
½ t. salt
¼ t. pepper
1 t. oregano
2 frying chickens quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chicken. Let the chicken chill in the resulting sauce for at least 4-5 hours. Broil, skin side down, 7 inches from heat for 20 minutes or until lightly browned-brushing occasionally with the sauce. Turn, continue broiling about 20 minutes, or until tender, brushing oaccasionally with sauce.
