fresh baby spinach
fresh kale (stems removed)
banana
fresh or frozen blueberries
Peanut Butter or PB2 (powdered peanut butter-easy to toss in & not as messy
Ground Flaxseed
Ground Chia Seed
Soy or Almond Milk (optional to substitute water or tea)
Ice

"the beauty of this smoothie is that its a little different everyday so you can add or take out anything you don't like! Proportions also change a little according to what is on hand"

Typical directions:
Put 3-5 handfuls of spinach and 1-3 handfuls of kale in blender.
Add 1/2 cup of your liquid base.
Blend well ~ 30 seconds.
Add 1 handful frozen blueberries, 1 T. PB or PB2, 1 T. Flaxseed, 1 T. chia seed, 1 banana, 3-5 cubes ice.
Blend another 30-45 seconds.
Enjoy!
