"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium high heat.

In a large bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, garlic, green onion, sesame oil, Worcestershire, salt and pepper, to taste.

ASSEMBLE THE WANTONS
Place wrappers on a work surface. Spoon 1 1/2 teaspoons of the mixture into the center of each wrapper. Using your finger, rub the edges of the wrappers with water. Fold the wrapper over the filling to create a triangle, pinching the edges to seal.

Working in batches, add wontons to the Dutch oven and fry until evenly golden brown and crispy, about 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

Serve immediately with dipping sauce, if desired.

Two are better than one, Because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, For he has no one to help him up. ~ Ecclesiastes 4:9-10
