6 eggs - separate
3/4 cups sugar
2 cups milk
1/2 cup bourbon
1/4 cup dark rum
2 cups whipping cream (whipped)
Freshly grated nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, beat egg yolks,well with mixer.
Add 1/2 cup sugar-beat until thick.
Stir in milk, bourbon and rum.
Cover and chill.

Beat egg whites until frothy.
Gradually add remaining sugar.
Beat til soft peaks form.

Fold egg whites & whipped cream into egg yolk mixture.

Serve cold sprinkled with nutmeg.
